The project funded by the Global Fund for Children
(GFC) aims to raise awareness about Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) in
marginalized communities, advocate for the gender-responsive and youth-friendly
policies, advocate for the increased investment in health and education, and
advocate for the improved training of health workers and service providers such
as midwives, and lady health workers. In addition, through the proposed project
we aim to strengthen the capacities of health workers and community based civil
society organizations for youth-led sexual and reproductive health programs and
partnerships and provision of timely information to youth regarding their body,
health, and wellbeing.
